Why Connection

We all long for purpose & connection but we live our lives at such a fast pace that we begin to lose touch with those things that bring us the most joy. The expectations of our culture and those around us, the everyday striving, and life issues overshadow our true calling. We are left feeling exhausted, feeling frustrated with life & feeling unfulfilled. Our connections have become shallow and we can become lost in a sea of comparison & loneliness.

But we were created for something different. We were created to thrive, to live an abundant life full of joy & purpose. I propose that to truly thrive we must get connected.

Connected to the right things. To God, to our authentic self and to the people around us.

Hi, I’m Sandra

I am a trainer & coach called to build disciples by equipping and empowering women to live a grace filled life of connection. Learning to shed distractions & external expectations to give space for the leading of the Holy Spirit in our everyday lives.

I’ve spent over 25 years aiding clients, supervising staff & training others. In all the positions & different companies along the way, I found my greatest joy when I was helping others learn and growing more confident in themselves & what they have to contribute.

I would love to come along aside of you & help you Find Clarity, Build Confidence, and Get Connected to yourself, to God, and to the community around you so you can be empowered to live your best life & be about the Father’s business.
